Hi, I’m JEN.

I’m a wife, mother to 5 and Mimi to 2 beautiful grandchildren. With over 30 years of experience in ministry and service, I am passionate about serving others and making a positive impact on my community.

After 10 years as co-owner in our family business, we have re-structured a bit, allowing me more time to devote to coaching while continuing to oversee operations at the firm.

I currently sit on the board of Unite North County, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving our North San Diego community and volunteer with human trafficking prevention. I am Certified as a Trauma Informed Professional Life Coach specializing in high school age teens (14 yrs+), young adults, couples and women of all ages.
